Great appointment never had hot wax before and it's a lot softer not gentler on the skin I feel absolutely amazing I highly recommend a visit to Rachel and just to say to people that if you're booking with a new person on freesia if you ask you when you've been to the salon before say yes because otherwise freeze your charges the owner a new customer fee which is not fair

Tina was absolutely brilliant. She was super duper kind, gentle and taught me so many things as well. A great listener and provided good consultation before cutting my hair.
