I had a 1 hour deep body tissue massage and god my body needed it, I had been thinking about booking for months and decided to finally do it when recieving an email. Im so glad I did. On arrival Brandon was very professional and friendly. We talked throughout the massage, the room was neat and tidy, calm music was playing while in the dark, making the experience relaxing (except my tight muscles being proded! 😂) but again my body needed it. I will be definitely coming back for another session. Was amazing throughout the whole experience, thank you ❤️

I had the 30 min facial and my husband had 30 min deep tissue back, neck and shoulders. The set up is lovely and Michelle is extremely welcoming and friendly. My facial relaxed me completely and relieved some pressure on my neck and shoulders from lifting heavy stuff while moving house. Also the facial made my sinuses feel better, and my skin feels glowing! My husband feels brand new again after his deep tissue massage. He has a spring in his step again after being in so much continuous pain. We will both be back! Thank you Michelle!

Great massage. I had 75 minutes full body. Got to pick my oil before. Perfect treatment room (you can hear the birds singing outside) starts with a brief foot wash then a face & head massage then shoulders, arms, stomach, legs, feet, then onto your back where Kirstyn works her way back from your feet to end with another head massage. I felt super comfortable & listened to by Kirstyn as I'd had trouble with other providers being me being male. Lovely details like the height adjustable massage table & paper towel on the floor to avoid slips when oily. Thank you I'm now super relaxed!

I found Coleman’s on Fresha and booked a one-hour deep tissue back, neck, and shoulder massage — it was absolutely superb. The space was spotlessly clean, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Brandon was so friendly and easy to talk to, and I really enjoyed our conversations throughout the session. The massage itself was exceptional — deeply restorative, with expert attention to every muscle group that needed work. I left feeling completely relaxed and know I’ll sleep well tonight. Highly recommended!

I felt safe, encouraged and supported to unravel some deep emotions, feelings and worries, working with the mind, body and soul, through techniques including meditation, breath work, massage and reiki. I left with some tools to help me on my journey, including herbal remedies/book recommendations.

I have attended Lee's welcoming and well equipped treatment studio many times. It is a quiet and pleasant street in Old Portsmouth, close to the cathedral and with easy free parking. Lee really knows his profession and his intuitive massage is thorough, relaxing and very much with the recipient in mind. This is definitely one of the best, if not, the best male to male massage experiences on the south coast.

Thank you for the most amazing, deep tissue massage yesterday. I loved the room, the techniques; it was such a superior massage which is really hard to come by for some reason. I highly recommend Lesley for a massage, she checked the pressure was okay (and it was really firm, she is really strong) and I felt like Lesley put her heart & soul into my treatment. My back and neck feels a million times better, even after one massage. I love the whole environment too at The Self Care Retreat; super friendly and it’s a place of calm just off the high street. Loved it! Thank you again!

I had a full body scrub and my skin has never felt so incredibly smooth. The therapist used the perfect amount of pressure—it was deeply exfoliating without feeling rough or scratchy. The process was seamless, and left me glowing and relaxed. Highly recommend if your skin is feeling dry or dull!

Booked for a deep tissue massage, Michelle did a fantastic job of remedying knots in my shoulders and tightness in my legs which are a result of infrequent mountain biking. Now feeling much better and will go more often.

Had 90 minutes of the deep tissue + relaxing combo massage with head and foot work by Lee—and I actually fell asleep during the head massage. The stretching at the end is spot on, leaving your body feeling loose and balanced. Perfect mix, deep pressure for the knots, relaxing strokes for total chill. Shoulders loose, head clear, feet happy. 90 minutes of pure reset—definitely coming back.
