Katie is so lovely, I was so nervous coming in to have hair extensions after wearing clip ins for over 10 years. Katie completely put my mind at rest and I couldn’t be happier with my hair, she takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. Lauren is amazing! I always go to her for my colour, cut, and blow dry, and I'm always so happy with the results. She's friendly, professional, and really knows her stuff. Plus, the coffee and biscuits are always a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

My hair hasn't been happh for the last 6 years. I'm from Leicester, relocated to London & relocated again to Portsmouth all in 2 years. The water is very different in all the towns & along with stress, water changes, hormone changes & intollerances to two big food groups happening at the same time, my hair really has let me know it isn't happy. The ladies were really helpful, informative & explained things well. We now have a plan of action. They gave me comfort by advising me my roots & some of the length is healthier than I thought. I have decided to return to my natural curls and stop straightening it, embracing what I was born with! Once again, Millie talked through everything to get the best out of my curls.
