Karina is the best stylist, so is your staff My greatest concern is the gate that has not been working for the past 3months, That poor guy having to manual open the gate for clients on rainy and cold days, That guy is human, you are putting his life at risk , so is your staff , plus clients who are having to wait for the guy to manually drag the gate , for them to come in , even on cold and rainy days this is abuse of power , It's been more than 3months, I am a regular client at your salon , clearly you are not even close to fix the gate because u feel u have a slave poor security guy

I had a great experience with Princess. So thorough, explaining the process from the beginning till the end, showed passion for what she is doing. She kept on asking for my opinion while preparing for the treatment in terms of the shape and colour of eyebrows until i was happy with what I was seeing in the mirror. Very gentle and ensuring that I was okay all the time.

Just got my lashes done and I’m honestly obsessed! 😍 From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calm and welcoming. The lash tech (the beautiful Mpho) was super professional, explained the whole process to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The application was so gentle I fell asleep half way through the process! When I finally looked in the mirror, I was blown away. Mmabatho is the best I have had so far, she was very gentle especially with my sensitive cuticles. She paid very careful detail to the shape and made sure to check in often if I was happy and comfortable! Definitely coming back for a refill.
