Simran took care of me well and provided kind customer service. Although she couldn't find the right colour for manicure, she offered to add some glitter, and it turned out beautiful. The pedicure was nice but it did take a while to dry but Simran was careful and would go back to touch up even though her next client was up next soon.

Rosie did a great job transforming my hair. I asked her what I wanted and would it work with my hair colour and skin tone. I felt comfortable and she made the experience welcoming.
