I love my Nails Provina did an amazing job! However, the reception experience was disappointing. The lady at the front desk wasn’t welcoming no smile and a bit cold. A  booking mistake led to an awkward exchange over the price difference. While I later realized it was my fault, it could have been handled better by the loud cild lady. On a positive note, the other lady with blue highlights was friendly. BOA is great, but consistent customer service would make it even better. I’ll be back!

After not getting great results from another stylist, I came here a week later and had my highlights and colour completely fixed. The outcome was so much better! and even though I spent more, I finally feel confident again and happy with how my hair and colour turned out! As a man, I booked a back wax, face wax, and pedicure, and the service was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The back wax was done thoroughly with great attention to detail, and Sonia was careful to make the experience as comfortable as possible. The face wax left my skin looking clean and well-groomed without unnecessary irritation. The pedicure was fantastic. My feet felt refreshed, looked great, and the treatment was both relaxing and professional.
