Fell in love with the space once i stepped in. The environment is clean and very ig worthy and the service here is great as well. Did head spa and facial with them and I had a very good and relaxing sleep especially during the head spa treatment. I'll definitely be back again

My friend and I came to visit this salon through reviews and it has been more than 3 visits already, Seiji, Shota and DK never disappoints in terms of service, skills and a really great head massage after every wash! The products they use are really of quality as well. Did a perm and it lasted longer than other salons I’ve been to, and every haircut we get, we leave the salon with a big smile!

I've been to at least 10 different Japanese hair salons in Singapore over the years but I would say only Key's left a superb impression. It isn't luxurious or swanky like many of the Jap salons in SG. It had a very down-to-earth, friendly vibes that made the experience positive from the moment I entered the salon. Best thing was the outstanding job by Chika san. I had a haircut, colour and smoothing treatment. The haircut turned out better than expected. And the hair colour was a pretty but subtle ash brown, which was exactly what i had wanted (but couldn't get at other salons). So happy!

Awesome! Chika is very gentle and attentive, patient and skilful. Gave me the cut I wanted and recommended me suitable hair colour. Head massage was very relaxing and fell asleep.

First-time customer here. The customer service was top notch - when I called to ask for directions as I got lost trying to find the salon, one of the assistants patiently came outside of the salon to fetch me, she even gave me a cold glass of water and tissues once I sat down when she realised I was sweating from the heat. The hair wash and massage were great, no tugging and I felt very comfortable overall. Shota my stylist was great, he understood what I wanted well from my photo reference, he is not only very skilled but also attentive. I will definitely be returning!

I visit Sankakkei regularly and each time is as enjoyable and relaxing as the last. Livia was attentive and detailed as usual, and I thoroughly enjoyed the head massage during hair wash! Love it!

I had a relaxing experience. Loved the minimal decor of the salon and the little refreshments. Chika was kind and attentive, and so gentle during the head massage and hairdrying. Had a haircut and wash with Chika, who’s professionally and polite. Her suggestions were well thought out, and there was no problem understanding her even though I don’t speak Japanese. Her attention to detail was immaculate, and she was warm and friendly throughout, without being over earnest. The head spa was so relaxing I fell asleep! Will go back again. Highly recommend.

Definitely my favourite go to hair salon in Singapore! Peaceful, comfortable & relaxing environment. I always & only do my natural rebonding and hair treatment with them. Hairstylist Cherrie did an amazing job cutting my thick hair too. As usual, I dozed off multiple times (because I was so comfortable) but she is patient and gentle in working through my hair without waking me up.

It took a little bit of time for Nami-san and myself to communicate on what I was looking for in my haircut as this was the first time cutting with Key's but it turned out great in the end.
