Took advantage of an offer for massage with reiki I had a lovely, relaxing massage and reiki healing session with Lindsay. From the moment I arrived, the home felt full of warmth and very inviting. The whole session was so calming and friendly, and it was exactly what I needed. I left feeling relaxed, grounded, and really well looked after. I would definitely recommend. 💖

I went to Louise for a full body massage, recommended by a friend. The therapy room was warm, comfortable and so calming. Louise ensured she knew any areas of concern for me. The massage itself was incredible. It was the most relaxed I had felt in a very long time, I felt so pampered and the session was made whole being given a hot cup of tea to take away too. I heard a lot about Erika as a good massage therapist, but I didn’t have enough time to get there. And it was a matter of chance that I was presented with a gift certificate for 3 full sessions. And after the first session, according to the assesment of my body, I was surprised that the problem was in my body in a completely different place than I expected. After the remaining 2 sessions, I already felt the result on my body. I had strong headaches before visiting the massage, And at the first session, Erika does for me a head massage, and each time my pain went away.

Extremely grateful I found Karl! Very professional and explained the whole process. I’ve had a full ache in my shoulders for 5+ years through the gym and ice hockey injuries, next day I genuinely woke up pain free for the first time in years!! The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Rose is a super beautician. She is very polite and attentive and listen to the requirements of the client. I thoroughly enjoy the body massage and facials done by her. I have been using the salon for last 2 years and have no complaints. I recommend others to try too.

Louise at Thrive Wellness Centre is absolutely amazing, I went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with her and feel much better in myself. She takes the time to understand the issues and help you feel relaxed. Provides a calming approach, and tailors the massage to exactly what's needed. The studio space is perfect, very clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. Looking forward to continuing my wellness journey with her. Highly recommended.

I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! The whole experience was very relaxing, Lorenza was very professional as always. I will definitely be back! :) xx

I won a voucher in raffle for a treatment with lyndsey and was blown away with the service. She really cares about your wellbeing and asks how to best tailor her services to your needs. She doesn’t rush you and really listens to you. I had reflexology and a back massage and can highly recommend both. I left feeling great, very relaxed and can already feel a difference in my body. Her prices and reasonable and I will definitely be going back in the future to try some different treatments.

Erika was absolutely brilliant, I took my brother who’s in the army and he felt amazing after. He had a full body sports massage and it’s really helped. She explained everything it great detail , Has a huge amount of knowledge, it was amazing to actually be able to see and understand why my brother was having these issues. She was so welcoming and very funny!
