I heard a lot about Erika as a good massage therapist, but I didn’t have enough time to get there. And it was a matter of chance that I was presented with a gift certificate for 3 full sessions. And after the first session, according to the assesment of my body, I was surprised that the problem was in my body in a completely different place than I expected. After the remaining 2 sessions, I already felt the result on my body. I had strong headaches before visiting the massage, And at the first session, Erika does for me a head massage, and each time my pain went away.

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Erika is definitely have great knowledge and she always knows what to do to improve your feeling in the body! I highly recommend her as I can see how much experience she has. She holds lots of Certificates and awards to prove her knowledge. I went to several people but not many people has so much knowledge like Erika has!

I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! The whole experience was very relaxing, Lorenza was very professional as always. I will definitely be back! :) xx

I booked a 75 minute full body, face and scalp massage (via Groupon) and it was such a treat. The treatment room was cosy and relaxing, and felt completely comfortable throughout. The pressure was perfect, and particular attention was paid to the areas I'd requested beforehand. I found The Rainbow Studio by accident, but I will definitely be booking back in - I practically floated out!

Erika was so lovely and full of helpful information, she showed me some exercises I can do at home and gave extra attention to the areas I had problems with. I'm clear with what areas I need to strengthen to improve my posture now and stop me from getting back pain. She has really loosened up my back, which has been causing me pain for months. I highly recommend!

Had a hydrafacial+ full body scrub and massage. First time having a hydrafacial and Ellie was so gentle and made my skin feel amazing. Scrub and massage was the BEST massage I have ever had in my life. Definitely rebooking and coming again - thank you so much ladies!

I just had the most amazing foot reflexology session with Erika! She worked on specific points on my feet that connect to different parts of my body, and I could literally feel the tension melting away. And you know what? Erika was absolutely brilliant, I took my brother who’s in the army and he felt amazing after. He had a full body sports massage and it’s really helped. She explained everything it great detail , Has a huge amount of knowledge, it was amazing to actually be able to see and understand why my brother was having these issues. She was so welcoming and very funny!

Super friendly service. I had Natalie carry out my Hifu treatment, she talked me through the whole process and what i would feel during the treatment, it is a bit painful but bearable and your face is extremely red afterwards but this does subside after a few hours.

had my HIFU treatment yesterday with Kieron the whole experience. From the moment I arrived, the practitioner made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. The professionalism, care and attention to detail were outstanding. The treatment itself was far more comfortable than I expected, and I already feel confident that I’m going to see amazing results.
