Cannot recommend Vicky enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Her approach is calming, professional, and clearly rooted in a genuine love for what she does. The massage itself was incredible thoughtful, tailored to what I needed, and respectful of my preferences throughout. Extremely grateful I found Karl! Very professional and explained the whole process. I’ve had a full ache in my shoulders for 5+ years through the gym and ice hockey injuries, next day I genuinely woke up pain free for the first time in years!! The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Louise at Thrive Wellness Centre is absolutely amazing, I went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with her and feel much better in myself. She takes the time to understand the issues and help you feel relaxed. Provides a calming approach, and tailors the massage to exactly what's needed. The studio space is perfect, very clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. Looking forward to continuing my wellness journey with her. Highly recommended.
