An outstanding massage therapist who truly listens to client needs. Sarah adapts each session to what will benefit the most, I always leave feeling fully refreshed and revitalised. I have some on-going issues that Sarah always works with, and around, to help me feel my best at the end of every session. Highly recommended both for specific, targeted soft tissue therapy and a deeply relaxing massage.

Moved to Basingstoke last year and have struggled to find a salon that is both friendly and affordable, the girls at Lara’s are very welcoming, have now had a few different treatments (amazing massages) this is now my regular go to salon x

Wow! I had my first Reflexology session with Samantha this evening and I feel amazing. Not only was she on point with bits and pieces she discovered about my health and body throughout the session but, I left feeling SO relaxed. Samantha was knowledgeable, welcoming and really lovely making me feel instantly comfortable so thank you! See you in a few weeks time for my next session xx

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my soft tissue massage. From start to finish, Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my specific needs. She took the time to understand the areas of tension I was dealing with and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. The massage itself was incredibly effective. By the end of the session, my muscles felt lighter, my range of motion had improved, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly professional and effective soft tissue treatment.

Sarah listened well, questioned, and checked in throughout the whole session. Sarah is very supportive and has provided recommendations for activities to be undertaken to enable my condition to improve at a pace that is comfortable. I am looking forward to my next session to check in o n progress and continue with treatment with a view for my issues to be resolved.
