Really lovely experience, Lilly was really welcoming and we had a nice chat as I was eased into the treatment and then when she began it was lovely and calming. She was really attentive to what I consider to be my "problem areas" with the facial and I really appreciate that! Always a joy and looking forward to returning soon :)

Have had my nails done in a few places in Basingstoke and Cocos is by far the best, the staff do a great job and my nails always last for a long time and have never chipped!

Alway friendly and happy to accommodate any design requested. This is by far the best out of many nail salons in basingstoke! I love that you can pre-book ur appointment online, makes life so much easier. I also love the stamp reward card they offer, after going five times you get £5 off ur next appointment. Wouldn’t ever go to another nail bar again. Xx

Lilly was really lovely when I arrived and helped me feel at ease instantly. The treatment felt really luxurious but I loved that it helped my skin feel renewed completely after neglecting it in the newborn trenches! Thank you so much and I’m booking myself in again asap!
