An outstanding massage therapist who truly listens to client needs. Sarah adapts each session to what will benefit the most, I always leave feeling fully refreshed and revitalised. I have some on-going issues that Sarah always works with, and around, to help me feel my best at the end of every session. Highly recommended both for specific, targeted soft tissue therapy and a deeply relaxing massage.

Wow! I had my first Reflexology session with Samantha this evening and I feel amazing. Not only was she on point with bits and pieces she discovered about my health and body throughout the session but, I left feeling SO relaxed. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my soft tissue massage. From start to finish, Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my specific needs. She took the time to understand the areas of tension I was dealing with and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. The massage itself was incredibly effective. By the end of the session, my muscles felt lighter, my range of motion had improved, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Sarah is very supportive and has provided recommendations for activities to be undertaken to enable my condition to improve at a pace that is comfortable.
