One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Went with my daughter today for her birthday.. we both had a 90 minute full body massage and I didn’t want to leave 😊 very professional.. relaxed wonderful massage experience I’ve ever experienced.. I had a great massage with Jack and felt so much better afterwards. He used just the right amount of pressure, which really helped release the tension I had built up, especially in my shoulders. By the end of the session my shoulders were finally able to drop and relax, and I noticed a big reduction in tightness. Jack was professional and attentive, and the whole environment was calm and relaxing, which made it easy to switch off and fully enjoy the treatment. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I left feeling refreshed, looser, and much more comfortable.

I had my first full body lymphatic drainage massage with Iga, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Although my first lymphatic drainage treatment, I’ve had lots of massages before, and this was exceptional. Iga was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease from the start. She explained everything clearly and her technique was amazing. I was left feeling so relaxed, lighter, and genuinely fantastic afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Iga to anyone looking for a lymphatic drainage massage. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Went for a Japanese Head Spa and a neck, back and shoulder massage. It was THE most relaxed I’ve been in about 20 years. I’d actually go so far as to say it was like an out of body experience, seriously. I find it extremely difficult to relax but I didn’t want it to end! Can’t wait to go again!

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. I’ve been to Chantara several times now, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, and every time I go, she manages to find and get rid of all the knots and some of them I didn’t even know I had! She’s incredibly skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling like lighter. This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.
