Her massage was amazing – I felt like jelly afterwards, totally relaxed and stress-free. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and really takes the time to make sure you're looked after. I've had a 90 mins pregnancy massage today and the experience was amazing. I felt completely relaxed and in tune with my body whilst Charlotte still got into my muscles and made it feel like I was still having a massage. Honestly one of the best massages I've had and I'll be back for sure!!

The Reset is such an amazing facial. I was so relaxed I think I even fell asleep at one point! Natasha was fantastic, as always, and made me feel so special and looked after. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered.

This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.

Opted for a breathing space treatment during my pregnancy and came out feeling very relaxed. Really liked that there was an option to have the upper back and shoulder massage leaning forward rather than on my side as it allows you to breathe more deeply. The aromatherapy blend was lovely to breathe in during the massage. Perfect treatment to ease the pregnancy congestion! Many thanks!

I highly recommend Rhi. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, caring, and professional, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my treatment was her homemade foot scrub. It felt and smelt amazing, left my feet feeling refreshed and soft. During the massage, she paid special attention to my disc bulge and hip pain, tailoring the treatment to my specific needs. I visited Jack for the first time on Saturday and had such a great experience. He was welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived, and we had a good chat about the areas I felt needed attention. As soon as he started the massage I knew it was going to be good – genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I left feeling relaxed, and the debrief afterwards was a lovely touch. I had such a wonderful deep tissue massage and add-on scalp massage with Charlotte. I felt so relaxed afterwards. the Retreat was a lovely environment and Charlotte really listened to what I needed. I’ll definitely be booking again 😊

I had Rhiannon's signature treatment, Rhilaxology. She has a warm and caring approach - I felt immediately at ease. The low lighting, water with fresh fruit, gentle music, soft heated blankets, warm flannels and beautifully scented essential oils made it a luxurious experience. Her massage varied between deep and gentle in all the right places. The reflexology was out of this world - I felt relaxed and reset by the end of the appointment and this lasted for a few days afterwards, including improved sleep. Highly recommend for stress and tension relief and deep nervous system relaxation.
