I had a wonderful experience. Bernadette is such a lovely person who genuinely cares about her clients and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you arrive. Her massage was amazing – I felt like jelly afterwards, totally relaxed and stress-free. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and really takes the time to make sure you're looked after. Lovely massage at The Elsewhere. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time, but Phoebe immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took the time to check in before, during and after massage, and I never felt rushed or pushed into doing anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely lovely to meet Phoebe today and see her lovely business. Such a good back massage and facial tension massage. I really feel like it's relieved a lot of tension and pressure that I was carrying. I felt totally relaxed and Phoebe was lovely and talked through everything. Molly was friendly, professional and very helpful. She gave me insights into the current condition of my feet and suggested things I can do to improve my walking and overall comfort. My feet feel much more comfortable and she's suggested a regime to help ensure they stay that way!

I was so comfortable with Trish, conversation flowed, the massage was extremely relaxing whilst working out some kinks. Trish was always checking that the pressure was ok and made me feel extremely relaxed. Will definitely book again and highly recommend.

Excellent experience from start to finish. When greeted, questions and needs were checked in about what I was hoping for, but then throughout treatment was adaptive to needs as well as using own experience to give best experience possible. After, checked in how everything was and advised best next steps.
