Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

This women is the queen of colouring hair! Takes her time & allows everything to process as it should. Fantastic at all aspects of colouring and has all the knowledge. You feel in safe hands and would 100% recommend. Once you’ve seen Maria you won’t go anywhere else! Absolute find in Norwich xxx

After having the same hairdresser for over 15 years then going to a few I wasn't happy with I was starting to give up. My first appointment was highlights and a cut..just had my second appointment, so happy to find someone who listens to what you want and also 1:1 so no busy salon..

Becki is an extremely talented colourist and I love my highlights. She has done a full head of foils to lift the colour and also help blend in grey regrowth by making them an ash blonde. Genius! Always happy with my hair by Becki, highly recommend ❤️

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. FABULOUS. Char is so professional and incredible at her job. Would highly recommend to everyone. This is my favourite salon in Norwich. Everyone there is so kind, caring and professional.

Excellent as always, did foils today for the first time and it was done perfectly, fantastic short cut, love my visits here!

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

I have moved to Norwich a couple of years ago and have tried a few different hairdressers since. Once I found Megan, my mind was made up! She is just the best! Super friendly, really knows her stuff and always makes you feel and look incredible! My hair has improved massively. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you, Megan! ❤️ xx
