I had such a pleasant experience with my nail artist, Shirley! She is super nice and friendly, and even told me I could just relax and watch my show when she noticed I was a bit dazing 😂 — that made me feel so comfortable. I sent her the design I wanted, and she honestly did it even better than expected. I had no idea how to place the design or choose the colours, but Shirley patiently helped me decide and picked colours that matched perfectly. Her taste is really on point! She is also very gentle, which I really appreciate.

Eyebrow Hybrid with Jamie. Looks really good!! She made me feel comfortable during the whole session. Kept asking me whether I was in pain or not to top up numbing cream. She also took into account my suggestion during shaping!!

Stunning work with Denise as always! Opted the spa manicure - no regrets! I really needed a quick massage to my hands and fingers. Also offered a phone stand when I was on a video call with my partner, going above and beyond when she didn’t have to :’) thank your for your patience and consistency to everything, this is why I keep coming back 🥰🤍
