I’ve been going to Jeoin since I moved to Singapore in 2023. I have very curly hair, and despite the fact that hers is naturally straight, she always cuts it like she’s a naturally curly-haired person. She listens to my wants, provides me her guidance and opinions, and then cuts away. I’ve always walked away a satisfied customer loving my new look. The salon is great and very centrally located in the Tanglin area. They offer scalp and shoulder massages and beverages, as part of their service. As always, a flawless experience with Ray. Today was a total remodel, going from very long to jaw length which was executed to perfection. Brilliant. Small, intimate salon with a friendly welcome. The costumer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in Singapore when I got my hair done and wasn’t satisfied they offered to redo it without me having to pay extra and I was very pleased with the final results. Ayumi was my stylist for today - welcome to Singapore! Thank you for being kind, patient and professional. Like the rest of the staff, there was no hard-selling and no small talk initiated (though i did so, of my own volition), which makes it a great environment for introverts like me. im korean. As a Korean, I’ve been to many nail salons and luxury aesthetics places, but this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in Singapore. Very professional, systematic, detailed, and efficient. When doing two treatments, two therapists work together so the time is used very efficiently. I’m actually a very picky person, but the quality and retention were so good that I signed a package after just one session. Highly recommend 🤍 Also… the restroom is very clean 😂 Looking forward to trying more treatments here!

I had my last haircut in Japan and I was looking for a reputable Japanese Hair Salon in Singapore. Chance upon Flamingo Salon and upon reading all the reviews I decided to give them a try. My hair stylist is Ryu and he speaks fluent English. Hence, communication with him is not an issue. My hair was short to begin with and all I needed was a trim to balance the hair length while I grow them out. Mind you! Even though it was just a trim, he made my hair look like a brand new hairstyle, much sleeker and I totally love it. Highly recommend this place and Ryu!

It’s my first visit and I had a wonderful experience. The salon is well located near Chinatown. It is spacious, clean with a minimalist vibe. My hair stylist is Carmen. She’s warm, friendly and super attentive. She gave me great advice about my hair style and shared great tips on hair care. I reckon this is one of the best hair salons I have ever visited in Singapore. The staff has great attention to detail. I am extremely pleased with my haircut, colour and treatment. I felt so light, fresh and glowing. I highly recommend this hair salon and I will definitely come back again ☺️

The haircut was clean and well-shaped, and the beard trim was sharp and neatly lined without taking off too much length.
