Wonderful. The team is very attentive. Took my jacket once I walked in and offered drinks and a snack for your appointment. Evelina is amazing at what she does. Very fast (1 hr.) and always gives the best women's haircuts in London. I went in not really knowing what I wanted but I was confident in her skills to give me something that I would like and look good in. Many many thanks Evelina and Andrew Jose team! Will definitely be seeing you again.

Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.

Great experience at Apple and Eve as always. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.

The vibe is cool, cutting edge, yet super friendly too. My stylist, Natasa, never fails to deliver. A few days walking around London had left me quite sore and a massage was in order. I'm a massage snob of the highest order, and finding a good massage, with ready availability is a tough ask. Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.
