I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. Her technique was both effective and tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling looser, lighter, and able to move much more freely. I can’t recommend Trang enough!

I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

Another lovely visit to my fave London clinic, this time to have my first ever skin peel. It was a lovely treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. Dr Katharine explained everything that she was doing along the way and I left feeling like I had a relaxing Facial! I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.
