My hair was done nicely. I had the straight up and I'm enjoying my hairstyle. The experience would have been 5 stars, but I think my stylist used a brush that had been used on a different client without proper cleaning she only removed the hair from the brush, I was too shy to say anything plus I could be wrong. I almost gave 2 stars because my gel polish was mostly removed using a drill bit. I think she drilled into my actual nail, you can see it under a bright light. Now my nails are pink, and sensitive to temperature and touch, and this hasn't improved since Saturday.

Amazing! I decided to get tips done the day before and the next day I changed my mind about the length. The BOA staff were extremely understanding and reduced the length of my nails at a small fee. They were very accommodating and the nail technician did an amazing job.

We love these ladies. My mum and I make our appointments one month prior and it just so happened that my nail appointment was the day before the Muddy Princess! I completed the whole obstacle course, and my nails didn't even scratch! The ladies do amazing work, any nail inspiration we take to them, they can recreate! Mandi is just lovely, she's so polite & professional. Took a moment to educate me on the correct treatment, is extremely patient & her workmanship and application was top tier for me. I have nails that look & feel the same, the length consistent. Waiting to see how well the rubber base reinforcement w/ tips lasts. The top coat gel needs to reconsidered as it chips & gets scratched easily on the edges.

Firstly I think you overpriced you did not remove my Cutex it was filed off and this damages the nail so I'll always have to do my nails this way with a file 😭 I was visiting the area and needed my nails done where I go they only charge me R150 because I'm a pensioner Not going yo be using you.
