Upon my arrival, the staff were very polite and friendly. My nail tech, Hazel, was very softly spoken and gentle natured. My nails, thanks to her, have never looked better! I have gotten Soft Gel Tips before at other establishments but the quality of prep work, shaping, painting and overall service of my nails was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Highly recommend going to BOA!

Memory was very attentive and careful with my nails, always asking if everything was okay and if she wasn’t hurting me. She showed me the three colours I had chosen before painting my nails, and even taught me a few words in Shona and offered me another nail product that I didn’t know about. Maita basa!

Plax is incredibly skilled at doing nails. My polygel set was done beautifully. The precision, neatness, and attention to detail were next level. Every nail was perfectly shaped and flawless. On top of that, her calm, gentle demeanor made the whole experience so relaxing. I genuinely loved everything about this set and the process. I loved the nail tech I just forgot to do proper inspection my nails had a bit sharp edges I normal remove it. So I had to buy me a nail fail and remove it. The nail tech gave me very good advised and I will follow her advise I’m glad I was there.

As expected, the shop is starting to fill up quite quickly due to the festive season and there was a slight waiting time. However Monica, my nail tech, was a meticulous with details and making sure I was happy every step of the way. She has a calm presence and eye for detail which, for someone like me who isn’t very picky and worried about it, is such a bonus. She was patient with my choices and worked gently with my nails - especially the one that broke prior to my appointment. Thank you Monica!

The young lady "Privilege" who did my nails did them so amazingly and professionaly. I hated almond shape on my hands yet saw it looking nice on others until she did my nails and perfection. She used the right size tips for my little fingers. She did the nails so well. I've never had any technician at BOA do my nails so well as this lady. She's talented and knows her work. I honestly don't want anyone else to do my nails except her and I'll drive from Durbanville to Sandown to do them (that's how amazing she does nails!).

This was my first visit at Boa Sandown. It was an amazing experience, everyone was so nice. I came to get my nails done for my birthday and my nail tech, Ropafadzo was so sweet and she communicated with me and we bounced ideas for my nails off of each other. I had a great experience with Shalom this morning. She did my nails perfectly and clean. I love them! I had my toes and soft gel tips (spring deal) done under 1h30mins. 👌🏾 Thank you to the two managers as well who was present this morning @ 10 who was so understanding and accommodating with finding a solution to an issue I experienced with a previous service I had in August. I'll definitely recommend this branch this is my umpteenth time visiting.

If I could give Valdene 100 stars, I would! As a chronic nailbiter, I have struggled for very long to have beautiful nails, and I have gone through my fair share of nail techs who have laughed at or judged my hands, hurt me and done a poor job. Valdene is the opposite!! She is kind and caring, truly cares about her work and is a perfectionist. My last 3 sets have been the best I have ever had!!!

Natalie was great - my eldest daughter can't stop raving about Natalie and how beautiful her nails look. She enjoyed the conversation and said Natalie was very sweet. but the tech who worked with my other daughter, I think her name is Lorraine. My daughter's feet are fine but her nails aren't what they should be. It was the French tip, but the job didn't meet expectations at all. She's very disappointed. I need you to please redo my daughter's nails at no cost to fix them.
