First-time visit and what a treat! It felt more like a spa experience than a nail appointment. Channon is extremely detail-oriented and takes great care to ensure the nails are perfectly prepped before moving on to the gel application. I’m so glad I found her. It was good as always 🙂 I was bummed that I could not do the treatment that I was booked for (acrylic nail extensions). I was a few minutes late (informed them), but was told that there is not enough time for that, I will have to do soft gel tips. Switch nail techs... Raquel did a great job!

I have the ugliest hands and weird nails that nobody ever seems to get them right but the nail tech was so attentive and she noticed how thin my nail bed is and she was gentle when filing them ,the way she glued the tips was so clean and her application of the gel just as clean. I love my nails and to top it off, she is friendly as well. The receptionists are both friendly as well. I also asked to do threading and tint , they gladly helped me with that as well without a booking because they had space

I absolutely love Dainty Touch! Anke is an amazing nail technician and takes so much pride in her work. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she's a true perfectionist. I have my nails done every 3 weeks and a pedi every 5 weeks, and I'm always so happy with the results. I've never had any peeling or lifting, and my nails always look flawless. Every appointment feels like a treat, and I leave feeling completely pampered. I can highly recommend Dainty Touch!

Service was good ,,HOWEVER,, wen I booked the service I needed - " Soak off gel" the price advertised /shown is R70. But on paying @ till point I was told its R90. I booked " soak of - GEL,,BUT i was told that R70 is for normal nail varnish...my point is that your FRESHA site states & i booked R70 " SOAK OFF GEL" - I know I had GEL on my nails,,so I was confused as I booked correctly as per ur pricelist. Now please advertise appropriately! Was not impressed with this confusion at till point .
