First-time visit and what a treat! It felt more like a spa experience than a nail appointment. Channon is extremely detail-oriented and takes great care to ensure the nails are perfectly prepped before moving on to the gel application. I’m so glad I found her. I have the ugliest hands and weird nails that nobody ever seems to get them right but the nail tech was so attentive and she noticed how thin my nail bed is and she was gentle when filing them ,the way she glued the tips was so clean and her application of the gel just as clean. I love my nails and to top it off, she is friendly as well. The receptionists are both friendly as well. I also asked to do threading and tint , they gladly helped me with that as well without a booking because they had space

I made a last minute booking to get my nails done and I am so glad that I managed to get a slot with Karen! My nails turned out even better than the inspo pic and I am so happy with the result. The thoughtfulness of an extra nail care pack to take home was an unexpected gesture that really made me appreciate the service even more. Absolutely outstanding service! Monica did a set of French Gel sculptured nails for my daughter for her upcoming MD. Monica’s attention to detail and professionalism are truly exceptional. She takes her time to ensure everything is perfect and always makes you feel comfortable and valued. My daughter was impressed with how she took her time and make sure every nail is perfect. The results is natural looking nails that speak for themselves—flawless work and a relaxing experience every time. Highly recommended!

Mostly a positive experience. My nails are beautiful. I did not unfortunately appreciate the injuries I received when she filed my nails. I also did not appreciate her putting glue on an open injury without my consent. If your nail file is too big for the clients fingertips, it's best to use a smaller one. For acrylic it is better to use an electric file drill. The shape is also not the greatest, but they are very strong and will last long. When paying R590 for a service, it is customary to receive a little cuticle work. It's what I expected and I was a little disappointed not to receive any.

I had to fix my nails due to peeling on the same day and BOA immediately booked an appointment to help me. I was helped by Trish, the nail technician, and what a great job she did. I am impressed by how professional the staff was in helping fix a problem.
