A special thank you to Natalie, who is truly an incredible nail tech — professional, gentle, and so detail-oriented. She is good but needs to be improved in the small details. For example i was kind of hurt while she was removing the gel color. Some of my nails do not match the same length. But clean work and not too thick which is really good.
