She is good but needs to be improved in the small details. For example i was kind of hurt while she was removing the gel color. Some of my nails do not match the same length. But clean work and not too thick which is really good.

I love this spa's location and easy parking. It's clean and comfortable, and my nail tech, Jovy, is amazing! She's friendly and takes her time, ensuring my nails are perfect. The only downside is the front desk staff. They seem uninterested and unfriendly, which I've noticed on several visits. As someone in the service industry, I know a little warmth goes a long way in making customers feel welcome and likely to return :)
