My first visit today with Jasmine, I booked online which was very easy to do. The salon was lovely, clean, and relaxing. Jasmine was wonderful, very accommodating, sweet and talented. My nails are fantastic, she made sure I was happy with the length and got them all a perfect shape. Even recommending a treatment for my nails that I wasn't aware of. I will definitely be going back! Absolutely recommended.

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

Leanne was amazing, lovely set of nails completed rose gold glitter. Great atmosphere in the salon, friendly and welcoming. Feeling so much more like myself with having hair coloured and nails painted in the same week ☺️💅🏻💇‍♀️

My nails were wrecked by another nail tech. Giulia was so gentle and fixed them right up, advising on which treatment would be most gentle. My nails now look totally transformed. Thank you! So happy with them.

Kyla was lovely again today I had the works , Eye brow, wax & tint also eye lash tint, Pedicure and toe nails painted . Nail extensions and nail colour & nail art, I was extremely relaxed to the point of nearly falling asleep, although we did have a good chat, Kyla is very easy to talk to, I would defiantly recommend Kyla to friends & family. Thankyou you my woman, I look forward to my next pampering ☺️x

Ellie is thorough with her work and takes her time with each nail.. I had biab gel and my nails are perfect, good choice of colours. They were exactly what I asked for! Highly recommend her

Amazing! My 6 year old was nervous about having her first ear piercing. She was made to feel so at ease and it was just a lovely experience for her. She came out smiling. Would totally recommend using Sapphire Blu.

As always Giulia was very welcoming. She has her own room which is very clean and tidy. I love watching the change from old to new and every time she smashes it out of the park. If you’re looking for a new Nail Technician then I would highly recommend Giulia. The reviews speak for themselves ****

I had such a great experience and couldn’t recommend Kyla enough. I accidentally booked the wrong treatment but Kyla changed it with absolutely no issue and was so accommodating. She even managed to squeeze me in for an extra treatment I hadn’t booked, which I really appreciated. Kyla is incredibly friendly, made me feel comfortable straight away and her workspace was spotless, you can tell cleanliness is a big priority. My gel nail extensions and pedicure turned out amazing, especially for such extremely reasonable prices. I’ll 100% be back 😌

My experience with Char was amazing! The deep tissue massage has really helped my tight muscles and Char worked on the areas I told her were the worst, the most! The Japanese head spa was delightful and my hair and scalp feels so much better after the experience. I have such hard water where I live that it's hard to get my hair super clean so this has given me the boost to get it back to it's optimum health! I'd thoroughly recommend you book in!
