My nails were wrecked by another nail tech. Giulia was so gentle and fixed them right up, advising on which treatment would be most gentle. My nails now look totally transformed. Thank you! So happy with them.

This was my first visit to see Juste for initial removal of an old set from a different salon and a new set applied. She was very knowledgeable and her main concern was for the health and care of my nails. After seeing that they were in a very poor condition we made the decision to leave them off a month to try and get them into a better state. I very much appreciated that she didn’t just do a new set and was totally honest with me. She is a chatty, friendly girl and I will definitely go back when they are healthier. Thank you! 🙏

Leanne was so amazing. I had the best manicure and gel nails. She goes above and beyond to take time to do perfect design. So creative. Thank you. Sapphireblu is by far the best salon in Norwich.

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

My nails are always beautifully done, and I love how natural and elegant they look every time. Juste takes her time, pays attention to detail, and it’s always such a lovely, relaxing appointment. Ellie is thorough with her work and takes her time with each nail.. I had biab gel and my nails are perfect, good choice of colours. They were exactly what I asked for! Highly recommend her

I had a lovely pedicure experience with Giulia Nails Atelier today. The location is easy to find, and the room itself is spotless, bright, and welcoming. It was a hot day, so I really appreciated being offered a cold drink on arrival — such a nice touch! Giulia is very friendly and chatty, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Her technique is great — she clearly knows what she’s doing, and I was really happy with the results. There’s also a fantastic range of colours to choose from, which made it hard to decide. Highly recommend and will definite be back.

Amazing! My 6 year old was nervous about having her first ear piercing. She was made to feel so at ease and it was just a lovely experience for her. She came out smiling. Would totally recommend using Sapphire Blu.

As always Giulia was very welcoming. She has her own room which is very clean and tidy. I love watching the change from old to new and every time she smashes it out of the park. If you’re looking for a new Nail Technician then I would highly recommend Giulia. The reviews speak for themselves ****

Martha was the nicest women! I loved my hair afterwards was exactly what i asked for! I did think from the website it would only cost £57 in the store as that’s what it told me online as I had pre payed £57 already, however it was £87 so i was confused. But apart from that it was a lovely environment and I’m happy with my hair!
