This appointment was for my mum who has dementia, I popped on a note on booking has mum sometimes struggles to find the words she wants to say but still loves to chat. She come out feeling like she had met up with old friends! She was treated with respect and dignity at all times she's now knackered from all the chatting and her hair looks fantastic, thank you so much for your kindness and compassion xx

Rachel is amazing at what she does - I’m honestly sooo happy with my eyebrows! They’re the best they’ve ever looked! Rachel is professional & exceptionally precise - I would highly recommend her xx

Had my lashes done by grace she was very helpful and I’m very pleased with them. Only reason not given a 5* was in same room as another lady having hers done so no privacy and rather noisy.

My 13 year old son loves coming to see Jemma and always leaves happy with his haircut. She's so kind and gentle with him. Highly recommend
