I loved my visit last week. Felt very welcome and looked after. Lots of tips on how to keep my new nails in tip top shape and a lovely little bag of nail care samples to take home. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for making my nails, especially my toes look fabulous ready for holiday

Janvi did my mani-pedi and acrylic nails, and Sherrena gave me a Lotus deep massage. The services were truly outclass — I was very happy. The staff was friendly, calm, and made the whole experience relaxing. However, the prices were quite high compared to many other salons. In most places, when you get multiple services like pedi and acrylics, acrylic powder or gel nail paint is usually included, along with certain add-ons. Here, they charged the full amount separately for everything. Even so, I’m giving 4 stars because the service quality itself was excellent.

I absolutely loved every minute of my visit to the nail salon! She was not only incredibly skilled and precise, but also attentive and kind. I especially appreciated the pleasant conversation we had throughout the treatment, which made the already relaxing time even more enjoyable. This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

Lovely place with amazing atmosphere, always feel welcome and all girls do an amazing job with gel nails. Przha managed to create beautiful nail art based on the picture I brought an I absolutely loved my nails!

This was my first visit to have my nails done by Christina. She immediately made me feel welcome. Her beauty room is comfy and beautiful. She helped me choose nail colours too as there’s so much choice. My nails now look gorgeous - all ready for my holidays. I will definitely return. 😁

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to. Immaculate hygiene, luxury feel, and exceptional attention to detail. My nails look perfect strong, clean and beautifully finished. You can really tell they take pride in their work. Worth every penny.

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

Not only was this my first time visiting this salon it was my first time having my nails done professionally. Gem and the girls were all warm and welcoming. Gem gave me some good advice re my nail health and manicured my nails beautifully.

My nail tech Kawal was a lovely nail tech, she did everything i wanted perfectly and we had lovely conversations whilst her doing my nails, she’s so friendly and kind and i am so happy with the outcome of my nails, it was my first time here and will definitely be coming back!
