Janvi did my mani-pedi and acrylic nails, and Sherrena gave me a Lotus deep massage. The services were truly outclass — I was very happy. The staff was friendly, calm, and made the whole experience relaxing. However, the prices were quite high compared to many other salons. In most places, when you get multiple services like pedi and acrylics, acrylic powder or gel nail paint is usually included, along with certain add-ons. Here, they charged the full amount separately for everything. Even so, I’m giving 4 stars because the service quality itself was excellent.

This is the fourth time to have my nails done by Lydia, while 4 times my not seem like many given I live in Australia and keep coming back to the same nail technician apeals volumes about the quality of Lydia's work. Thanks again Lydia xxx

After lots of research on local nail techs I went to Emma in Jan 24 to see what she could do with my short and bitten nails ready for my wedding in June. She was so helpful, friendly and informative and we spent the following few months building my nails up with BIAB. She also spent that time shaping and tinting my brows. I get married on Saturday and my nails are now beautifully long and strong with a perfect and elegant French manicure. My brows are also perfect and have really opened up my eyes. I really couldn’t recommend Emma enough & I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each visit thank you so much x

This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

Lovely place with amazing atmosphere, always feel welcome and all girls do an amazing job with gel nails. Przha managed to create beautiful nail art based on the picture I brought an I absolutely loved my nails!

Amazing Cal Gel Nail Extensions, French tips done in preparation for my holiday, to the highest standard by lovely Emma, super pleased with them. Also sparkly Orange Gel toes, topped off with a foot massage I was in heaven. Emma really looks after her clients, would highly recommend to everyone . Thank you

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to. Immaculate hygiene, luxury feel, and exceptional attention to detail. My nails look perfect strong, clean and beautifully finished. You can really tell they take pride in their work. Worth every penny.

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

Not only was this my first time visiting this salon it was my first time having my nails done professionally. Gem and the girls were all warm and welcoming. Gem gave me some good advice re my nail health and manicured my nails beautifully.

My nail tech Kawal was a lovely nail tech, she did everything i wanted perfectly and we had lovely conversations whilst her doing my nails, she’s so friendly and kind and i am so happy with the outcome of my nails, it was my first time here and will definitely be coming back!
