This place is magical. With so many beautiful young butterflies 🦋 professional staff dressed appropriately. I wish I had found this place sooner. I tried everywhere in Leicester. And this place beats it all places! This place is very organised cleaned and good hygiene. I never seem a place that is more friendly honest caring helpful sincere truthful professional and hardworking. They dont manipulate by offering wrong treamtns that I don’t need. Only treatments that I meed. If I don’t need they wont recommend.

Leah was honestly amazing! I’ve only ever had sports massages in the past so was a little nervous if I’m honest. Leah made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely book in for a massage again with Leah. I’m looking forward to my other beauty treatments I have booked. Thankyou again Leah! 🫶🏼🌟

Amazing facial, neck, and shoulder massage with Beauty by Mel today. It was so relaxing and really helped me unwind and feel completely de-stressed. She used a variety of techniques that felt incredibly soothing, and Mel was very professional throughout the whole session. I also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, and she gave me proper full coverage—they look great! I’m so happy with my beautiful pampering today. Jen is a fabulous healer. I was made to. Feel welcome, safe and held. The back massage helped the tension in mu neck and shoulders feel softer and reduced! I felt very calm and peaceful when i left and carried on feeling lighter.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Wonderful staff and very professional. I was given a glow facial and threading a lady called KHUSHI. She did an amazing job! Thank you for making me glow. I would definitely recommend them if your in Leicester definitely try them out they do a whole range of beauty A++++++
