I loved my visit last week. Felt very welcome and looked after. Lots of tips on how to keep my new nails in tip top shape and a lovely little bag of nail care samples to take home. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for making my nails, especially my toes look fabulous ready for holiday

Janvi did my mani-pedi and acrylic nails, and Sherrena gave me a Lotus deep massage. The services were truly outclass — I was very happy. The staff was friendly, calm, and made the whole experience relaxing. However, the prices were quite high compared to many other salons. In most places, when you get multiple services like pedi and acrylics, acrylic powder or gel nail paint is usually included, along with certain add-ons. Here, they charged the full amount separately for everything. Even so, I’m giving 4 stars because the service quality itself was excellent.

I absolutely loved every minute of my visit to the nail salon! She was not only incredibly skilled and precise, but also attentive and kind. I especially appreciated the pleasant conversation we had throughout the treatment, which made the already relaxing time even more enjoyable. I didn't just receive a service; I got a true revitalization, and I left the salon feeling much more confident and well-groomed. Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

This was my first visit to have my nails done by Christina. She immediately made me feel welcome. Her beauty room is comfy and beautiful. She helped me choose nail colours too as there’s so much choice. My nails now look gorgeous - all ready for my holidays. I will definitely return. 😁
