I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Nicole is absolutely amazing. She does a great job every time. Additionally, the atmosphere is gorgeous and the coffee is delicious. Thankful my cousin in Hamilton introduced me to their new location.

This was my first time at Lux Nail Salon and I had such a great experience. Mike was incredibly kind and did an amazing job on my manicure and collagen pedicure. I’m usually very picky with my nails, but he absolutely did not disappoint. The ladies at the front desk were also very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. From the moment you walk into the salon to the time you leave, everything feels relaxing and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Mike!

5/5 stars! I had an amazing experience at this salon! The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, with a cozy coffee bar serving up tasty treats. Booking online was a breeze, and Tony killed it with my gel nails! Highly recommend - can't wait to go back!

Great service from everyone the minute you walk in the door. Also, Nancy makes the best London Fog. And my nail artist Kelly, always happy to see her and the finished art she does with my nails. Cannot say enough about Lux Nail zbeauty Nar-Grimsby.

My experience was amazing! I had Kayden as my nail tech and he provided me with the best nails I’ve ever had in my entire life. A glitter ombré acrylic nail set with custom design snowflakes on each nail. I absolutely cannot stop looking at my nails. Best nail tech EVER!!

Emily did an amazing job on my bio gel nails! The ladies at the front are always so kind and welcoming too. This is truly the best place in the area to get your nails done and feel pampered. You won't be disappointed!

My pedicure with Kelly was great! Great job and was an enjoyable experience. My manicure with Tony was very disappointing. He did not take the time to trim cuticles and around my nail beds. The gel fill is not set low enough to the bottom of my nail showing a ridge. I won't go again to Lux but would try a different person for my mani.

Today, I visited the nail salon and had a wonderful experience. Claudia gave me a foot reflexology massage that was absolutely excellent. Her technique was perfect—she applied just the right amount of pressure and made me feel completely relaxed. It was clear she’s very skilled and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to unwind and feel refreshed. Tony did my manicure, and it turned out beautifully! He was meticulous and paid attention to every detail, ensuring my nails looked flawless. I’m so happy with the results and can’t wait to return.

Kelly is absolutely amazing, such a talented nail tech! My nails are always PERFECT after seeing her! The salon is always super clean, and the staff at the front desk are amazing too- super friendly and efficient. I also loved the rewards program!! Great espresso bar too. Best nail salon around, I won’t go elsewhere!

Had a wonderful experience with senior technician Haley. She was very thorough and took her time perfecting my gel overlay with a manicure. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Lux Beauty communicated professionally via email when I initially expressed my concerns with the first appointment. They completely rectified the situation and went above and beyond my expectations with this appointment. I recommend fully communicating with your technician regarding what is included in your service and what you would like before they start. Will be back for my next fill. 10/10

What an experience! Hayley was amazing, best bio gel nails I've ever had, polished to absolute perfection. My pedicure was an absolute dream and so relaxing. Beautiful environment, friendly staff, a lovely experience from start to finish. Can't wait for my lash lift and tint on Monday!

Dahlay is absolutely amazing! She is the only one I trust doing my nails, she kills it every single time. She pays so much attention to detail and always gives me exactly what I’m looking for! She aims to please her clients and does so every time. This was my first time at grimsby lux nail beauty bar and I’ll definitely be back to see Dahlay!!!!

Kelly was my nail tech and she did AMAZING job!!! She carefully measured all of my nails to make sure they all are same length. She inspected them from all sides multiple times to ensure that all nails have natural curve and that they are not too thick or anything! She was incredible and I'm very happy with service received.
