I just moved to Ancaster and this spa was recommended to me from a friend. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and cozy upscale vibe. Ruth did my mani and pedi like a pro and I enjoyed chatting with her. Definitely do the whites chocolate paraffin treatment you won’t regret it. Next Liza did my hair - colour, tone, treatment and cut, she is amazing you can tell she is experienced and really puts a lot of attention in to creating what you asked for. This will be my new place! Thanks ladies, the post covid self care was long overdue :)

I have to say this was a great experience, when I walked in I was given a piece of cake and a rose, I only got a pedicure with polish, but the girl who did my service was very sweet and gentle when placing my feet down after the moisturizer, I don’t go to the salon very often but this makes me want to go every week

Loved this experience!. Great job team. First time there for a girl's night out. Had a drink while getting our toes done. How awesome is that? It was delicious. Jeev was very attentive and ensured I was happy throughout the process. I had a pedicure, foot massage and shellac manicure with ombre. I highly recommend the whole experience. Nice ambiance. Reasonable prices.

Another wonderful experience at Ciel Spa. Joanna was kind and attentive while doing my nails. She picked out a beautiful light blue color which was perfect. I also enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and felt rejuvenated once everything was complete. 'HANDS' down, one of the best salons and bonus that it is local. I cannot wait for my next visit where I plan on getting a pedicure, manicure and facial. I am also hoping to bring my grandgirls in for a spa treatment before the end of summer.
