This is my second visit to Ciel Nail Spa Boutique in Dundas, Ontario. I loved my first visit so I came back a second time and based on the attentive services that I received both times, I will continue to come back. Cynthia was attentive to details including making suggestions that enhanced the way I wanted my nails to look like. All staff at Ciel are friendly making you feel at ease. These are lovely ladies with wonderful work ethic. Thank you Cynthia for your lovely mani/pedi services. Support local businesses!

She took her time to make sure every nail was perfect, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I have received so many compliments on my nails, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I had the best time with Liza!! She is a great nail tech but also great at making people feel welcome to her shop :) I have never had my nails done so well and clean before. The shaping is amazing and the cuticle work is like something I’ve never experience before. I would definitely book again and again!

If you’re looking for a spa experience this is the place. Upscale decor to friendly & courteous staff. Wendy & Cassidy were very helpful at the front desk and make you feel welcomed. My nail tech Kim did an absolutely fantastic job on my nails & I would highly recommend her. Theo is an extremely polite barista who makes sure your experience is levelled up to a leisure mode. I could not have expected a better service. Truly love this place 💖 Pam M

Emily is amazing! I hadn’t had my nails done in years and she took great care of my nails. I had nearly no length and with Emily’s support my natural nails are long, strong and healthy. She has answered so many of my questions about the Gel X, and soft overlay process, including safety for my hands using the light(s). Emily is very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. If she feels a design hasn’t come out right she will ask you how you feel about it and change it if requested. The end results always come out beautiful and amazing! 5 stars!

My experience getting a gel x set with Slyvia was amazing!! Her attention to detail and precision is amazing. She makes the whole experience more than comfortable with a tv and snacks and drinks it’s an all around great time !! Nothing but the best for her clients !

I cannot say enough great things about Emily! I have never loved my nails as much as when I have left them in her hands 💕 My idea’s come to life with her and it is as if she works magic (years of built up skills and practice) straight onto my fingertips! Not only is she making my nails as pretty as possible, we are listening to a fantastic playlist, we exchange hot nail gossip, AND she tells me how to better care for my nails. This woman is a saint through and through dealing with my indecisive self. By the time our appointment rolls around I’ve already sent her 2 more set idea’s! ⭐️x1000

I had such an amazing experience!! Silvia was so accommodating and offered free snacks and drinks as well. I even wanted to change the chrome on my nails, and she happily did so!! From her expertise and beautiful environment, I love it all, will definitely be coming back :)

Emily is super nice and she is the first nail tech to be super gentle with my nails. I always love how my nails turn out and she constantly is asking how they are to make sure I like them. It also helps that she’s super talkative and we can chat the whole time :)

Liza is amazing! She is incredibly skilled and efficient. The salon is spotless the ambiance contributes to soothing, all around delightfull experience. Going to so many nail salons, I finally found the best!
