What a wonderful salon experience - from Elise’s lovely welcome, skill and professionalism to her impeccable attention to detail. Elise really listens to what the client wants and warmly shares her knowledgeable advice. Honestly the best manicure I’ve ever had: the care taken with cuticles and nail shaping; Elise’s help choosing the best colour match for my skin tone. She was meticulous with my eyebrow wax too - taking care to work with skin sensitivity and deliver the perfect brows without any of my usual ‘flame’ side effects. Thank you so much Elise. You’re truly a gem in Eccleshall.

Brad painted my toes in a lovely khaki gel today, taking great care around the shape and quality of my file and polish. Lovely chat and speedy service, even checking in with me on the colour and asking if I fancied silver leaf - love that touch! The whole salon is super welcoming; I was nervous coming in for my first visit and I will definitely be returning soon. Great chilled and positive vibes, I can’t fault the team at all. As always I had a lovely visit to Chrysalis. I had a microdermabration facial which was relaxing. I was able to discuss possible new treatments and reviewed up and coming appointments. Very productive.

Best beautician I have ever been to. Never had my brows and lashes look as good as they do. Plus the chat is 10/10, if I’m tired, Katy keeps it calm and comfortable, chatty days the treatments go fast. Absolutely fab girl who puts 100% effort into what she does and spends time getting your treatment perfect. Love her

Abi was professional, respectful and had a calming influence throughout my treatment today. The facial, back massage and foot massage was first class.
