Kathryn is the only person I trust to pierce my ears. I’ve been back multiple times and I will definitely be back again for more. She’s so kind and comforting and reassuring that the appointment is over before you know it. The best piercer in Staffordshire. I would and have highly recommended her to multiple people and will continue to do so 💕

Excellent service from start to finish. Re piercing one that had been problematic for many years and so happy I have finally got it sorted. Very clean, aseptic technique, throughly explained and extremely gentle. Would recommend to anyone, I’m not sure what the lower age limit is but for anyone younger you know that you can place your trust here.

Kathryn was so sweet and understanding of my anxiety. She managed to calm me down and talk me through the process while it was happening which really helped! ❤️ she was super clear woth the timeliness and how to care for the piercing afterwards!
