My experience with El was AMAZING! She is so friendly and welcoming, most importantly, she took on board everything that I asked for. El did my makeup for me for a wedding and I absolutely loved it - did not want to take it off. Will definitely be rebooking!

I'm very pleased with my lashes! Holly is so lovely, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The salon was easy to find and is set in a beautiful, unique location, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I absolutely love my lashes and can't wait for my next appointment. Had a Hollywood wax, Ellie was amazing with it, so quick and efficient it barely even hurt after the first couple strips haha. Good facilities as well with a great use of the space!

Me and my sister went for our first Bikini waxes, I was so nervous 😓 but Emily was so professional and put us at ease staright away. It wasn't painful as I was expecting. It was more than manageable. Gorgeous salon, amazing at what she does. Will be returning to have it done again. Thank you for making women feel confident in their own bodies and skin ❤️

Kathryn is the only person I trust to pierce my ears. I’ve been back multiple times and I will definitely be back again for more. She’s so kind and comforting and reassuring that the appointment is over before you know it. The best piercer in Staffordshire. I would and have highly recommended her to multiple people and will continue to do so 💕

I really enjoyed both the facial and the massage today. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the treatment, even with the tutors observing and providing guidance. The massage pressure was firm, just as I like it! I was also impressed with how confidently the student worked while asking her tutors questions whenever she needed clarification. She demonstrated a good understanding of the treatment and explained each step of the process, including why she was carrying it out. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!

I had the Rocks facial today and I have to say, it was amazing. Ana take great care in making every second you are with her just beautiful. She has a fabulous way with her and I can honestly say, I ALWAYS come out feeling amazing and pampered and relaxed and thoroughly taken care of. The facial itself has given my skin a new lease of life and is 100% worth having. Thank you Anastasia for making every treatment such a lovely experience.
