Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Fantastic lash service at Bee Fab, as always! The owner, Bianca, knows her stuff and does it well. She also goes out of her way to make sure I feel comfortable and relaxed during my appts, which I really appreciate. If you live on the Hamilton mountain, I highly recommend this spa!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

What a lovely experience! Enjoyed every moment, from the friendly greeting, excellent cappuccino during my treatment, to the services themselves! Alexis was beyond lovely, very attentive and meticulous. My pedicure was relaxing, the brow wax was perfect, and I’m so glad I chose the cat eye manicure!! I highly recommend, and will be back!

5 star +++ experience today! Full shellac manicure, full pedicure, brow wax, and full facial — I cannot even describe how amazing I felt walking out today. It was exactly what I needed in my life. Teresa was accommodating, gentle, and professional. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and confident. My skin looks amazing, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

It was amazing! Damien did all over blonde on my hair tonight and I love it! He really took the time to get the colour just right. His attention to detail is impeccable. Also, he does an outstanding job with waxing. I will continue to go see him for colour and waxing!

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I had a wonderful facial with Katrina on Friday ! She was not only pleasant , she gave me an excellent treatment , she has great technique and applying creams to one’s face ! Thanks for pampering me with an arm and neck message ! .Katrina was very positive and encouraged me to keep taking care of myself , how important it is to have regular treatment . Thanks Tiffany for blessing me with the under eyes gel pads , so very thoughtful and kind! Will see you both in a couple of months.
