Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

I can't say enough good things about Silvia! She did an absolutely amazing job on my manicure, pedicure, and nail art. Her attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism are outstanding. She took her time to make sure every nail was perfect, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

My second time getting a Brazilian here! And I will once again be back!! Not only are the staff all so kind I dropped my fork snacking before my appointment and they got me a new one without missing a beat. The wax they use leaves me feels soft and smooth for dayssss.

What a beautiful studio! Good vibes from start to end. Danika is a dream. Her friendly and calming presence added to a wonderful and relaxing experience. Don’t miss me too long, I’ll be back!
