Laiz was very thorough with her explanations about the trichoscopy exam, and recommended a new treatment I never tried before to soothe my scalp. This was my first haircut with Filo. She was kind, listened to what I wanted, and was patient throughout my curly hair cut. I was in love with the cut even before it was styled with product! She blew out my hair with a beautiful bounce which I also loved! I will be scheduling an appointment with Filo again for next week so that she can cut my daughter’s hair. So happy she’s joined the Self Salon team 💕
