Instead of just doing the service, she was honest and told me my hair wasn’t in the right condition for it at that time. I went in for my first curly cut in 5 years and saw Dailey. My experience was 1,000,000/10. I walked in and was immediately met with a warm greeting by the receptionist who took my jacket upon check in. My appointment started on time. I was offered a beverage and walked to Dailey’s station. The appointment started with consultation since I was a new client. Dailey listened to what I wanted and my concerns, then talked me through her assessment of my hair. After the best shampoo of my life and deep conditioner, Dailey cut and styled my hair. I left looking better than I imagined I would!

She was great. I will definitely return. My hair was in bad shape after braids and she gave me a nice cut and style that I'm comfortable with. Extremely patient. I didn't really know what I wanted, but she gave me the perfect style that looks good on me.
