The staff and space were nice. DO NOT book a curly hair appointment if your hair is wavy/curly, get the regular haircut. Mine is between wavy and curly, I booked a curly cut. The layers and shaping are great, but the styling looked AWFUL because my hair didn't curl enough. It was huge and frizzy but didn't bring out a curl pattern the way I had hoped. I asked the stylist about it but she didn't show me how to shape them with the extra time left in the hour. I would try a regular haircut here but not the curly haircut again.

I had an amazing experience here! I am a guy with curly hair, between an 2 and 3A, so I’ve had A LOT of bad haircuts. This is the best cut I’ve had in YEARS! Even when I ask for a diva cut, stylists always give me a generic men’s cut when I go short, so I never do. NOT Sandra! Even though I went with a shorter length (and had worn a hat all day), she took her time to cut my curls individually and made sure they all came through. I almost always walk out of the salon disappointed and put off getting a trim for as long as possible but today I am already looking forward to seeing her again!

This was my first time visiting Casagrande, and I was desperate to give my curly hair a refresh and learn more about how to take care of my curls. Laiz was very thorough with her explanations about the trichoscopy exam, and recommended a new treatment I never tried before to soothe my scalp. My hair and skin is quite sensitive, but Laiz gave some lovely product recommendations and how to improve my hair care routine. She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient! Laiz, thank you for boosting my confidence and reminding me that all curly hairstyles can be beautiful. Obrigada!!

I've been seeing Harix for 3 years now and he does an amazing job every time. I love this salon because they pay close attention to your hair texture and are thoughtful about explaining the cut, color, and care process. I recommend them to all my curly-haired friends!

Harix was amazing with my curly cut. He took the extra time to talk through styles - I only had a few directions and no particular style request. I'm so happy with the way he understood and cut my hair, he's very experienced and loves cutting curly hair. He also took weight off my curls to give them some bounce. Would 100% recommend for all curly cuts.

Tamia is a true professional. She was on time and very thorough. As a first time curly cut client, she asked me to tell her about my hair and listened to my hair concerns, goals and complaints. She acted on the information I provided and by her assessments. She chose products and haircut accordingly. As a result I am happy with my cut and the services provided. Gaby gave me a great wash and was very sweet and accommodating. Great place. Easy access to MTA. I am looking forward to my next trim. Very happy indeed .

Laiz was great! I've tried lots of salons but my search is over. She explained what my hair needed and walked me through a low maintenance 1 product routine that gave me the same curls as my 4 product hour-long routine did! Love my cut too!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this salon!! From the second you walk in you’re treated like family and made to feel so comfortable. I got my hair cut and colored by Ena and she was AMAZING!! She was so kind and thoughtful when doing my hair checking in with me along the way making sure I was good! I wasn’t totally sure the color I wanted and Ena worked with me to find the PERFECT natural look while still making sure It was noticeable! Silvana also helped with coloring and washing my hair, she was so kind and comforting along the way! Amazing experience I can’t wait to go back!

I was in search for the perfect salon around my new neighborhood and I’ve finally found my place. I have very thick and curly hair, I am very selective about the people I go to for that reason. Paola knew exactly how to handle my hair and she did it with so much care, it came out beautiful. Best first experience at a new salon ever. She is the best! Please go here. You won’t regret it!

Sunday's visit was pleasant one. The room clean, neat and cheerfully decorated. We listened to music and had great conversation. Candyce has magical hands and did a great job retwisting and interlocking my hair.

Love my experience with Jamal. He is excellent at hair care but equally as good at cutting and styling. Also, after several silk presses, I still have my great curl pattern and able to wear my hair natural and curly.
