Laiz was very thorough with her explanations about the trichoscopy exam, and recommended a new treatment I never tried before to soothe my scalp. My hair and skin is quite sensitive, but Laiz gave some lovely product recommendations and how to improve my hair care routine. She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient!
