One of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had, Jason is very knowledgeable and skilled at his craft, I’ve never come across anyone that can go deep in to your muscles without causing much pain, I felt very relaxed and nearly fell asleep. I’m usually in agony when having a deep tissue massage but not with Jason. I’ll see you again very soon. Also to add a very polite and friendly gentleman.

Had my first ever Reiki session with Michelle and it was fab! She explained everything so well in advance of the treatment and made me feel at ease the whole time. A truly relaxing experience and eye opening to things that can be impacting the day to day functioning of the body. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit Michelle often but will definitely be back the next time I am visiting Leeds. Thank you, Michelle x

Jason as a fantastic practitioner and has managed my wellness for some time now. He has continually evolved his work to ensure it incorporates must up-to-date methods and each time I've been has fully relieved my aches and pains.

I booked a 1 hour pain relief session and I was amazed that when I left it was well over an hour, other places I’ve been to are on the dot to the minute. Jason took his time and made sure everything was ok before I left, the treatment was amazing. 5 stars and will be my go to
