Amazing experience the salon as an ambiance that makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Ashprit who was also amazing and professional did a nasal wax , eyebrow shaping and tint then to be a little bit different I had my toenails polished in black . I will be going back and will be spreading the word to all my friends of just how good this was and the price was ultra reasonable and I think a lot better than other places I’ve seen. The most wonderfully relaxing facial I have had in a long time. Helen took time to look at my skin and altered the treatment and skin mask accordingly. With a head and arm massage too - I feel completely spoilt! Highly recommend. Thank you Helen 😊

Hollie is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I’d never had a wax at all - never mind an intimate wax. Went for my legs for my first time and the results spoke for themselves so I booked a bikini wax not long after, which id have never done if Hollie wasn’t as lovely and professional. I’ve been going to her since and the change in my body hair thickness and ingrowns is unbelievable. Hollie really cares about waxing and is constantly improving the products she uses and going on training sessions - though she doesn’t need to she’s fantastic at what she does!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Hands down the best waxing specialist in Leeds. After a horrible experience elsewhere Vicky really took time to make me feel comfortable during my intimate waxing. I’m so glad I made the switch to Sugar wax, I have zero irritation or itchiness now and the products she uses is so gentle on the skin. Definitely a Lifetime customer here!

It was the most relaxing facial and probably the best I have had. It included excellent massage of the shoulders, upper arm and scalp and left my skin hydrated and feeling fresh. I would highly recommend.

Had a back wax with Ruby and it was great, no wax residue left from the wax which I’ve had at other salons in past, my back is nice and smooth. Definitely highly recommended and will be having my waxing done at Studio 28 in the future going forward.

I had an incredible facial at The Beauty Box Leeds (141 Stainbeck Ln, Chapel Allerton). The salon is calm, clean, and beautifully set up perfect for relaxation. The treatment was fully tailored to my skin, including a deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and an amazing facial massage. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and visibly glowing afterward. Holly is absolutely amazing at what she does! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She’s so kind, professional, and has the most beautiful energy. Her attention to detail is incredible, she’s thorough, gentle, and takes real pride in her work. The whole experience is much less painful than you’d expect, and the results are always flawless.
