my first time sat in a salon chair in 10+ years. I suffer with really bad anxiety and bipolar and I have to say all the girls where friendly in salon. amie fitted my extension, and talked me through it step by step, she was really calming and an overall loverly person. I am over the moon with my hair and will be recommending her and the salon to others. thank you so much

Had a full colour correction and balayage with Molly today and it was an amazing experience. This was the first time I’ve had a proper consultation, been genuinely listened to and properly advised. What a lovely lady. We had a really indepth conversation about having hair extensions pro's /con's etc. Went ahead and got them put it. Best thing I ever did I love them and because of Ellie really taking the time to help me the colour match was brilliant. Great price, fantastic service Great location

After having my ears pierced with Empress caerphilly last year, there was no where else I'd take my daughter for her ears to be pierced. My daughter was quite nervous, but was totally put at ease, and was talked through the whole process. Can't recommend them enough. She's now looking forward to booking her nose piercing.

I always love getting my hair done by Shanté, i always have a great conversation with her and enjoy every second im there, she makes sure all her clients have a positive, comfortable experience and are leaving genuinely happy with their service. I’ve had a few piercings done at Caerphilly branch and they have always been welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I Popped into the branch to have a jewellery change, they were so helpful with this. I have been recovering from an operation I had 8 weeks ago and Emily was so welcoming to see me and as always was asking how I was doing with my recovery, this meant a lot as the girls here at empress always take the time to get to know you and ask you how you are doing. Emily especially always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had my nose pierced at Empress, Caerphilly. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They made the experience very comfortable and took the time to explain after care treatment thoroughly.

I had such a lovely experience today! From the moment I walked in, Alex made me feel so welcome. She did an amazing job with my hair, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Alex is such a warm-hearted, genuine person who makes you feel completely at ease. The salon has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere, making the whole appointment a real treat. I highly recommend Alex and can't wait for my next visit!
