My experience of visiting Less is More beauty & holistics for a treatment service was lovely. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! First time using Kats Claws to have my eyebrows waxed. Was made to feel extremely comfortable as soon as I stepped in. My concerns were taken into account and each step was explained to me. Came out feeling really good about myself and the constant compliments from Kat during my appt was a boost. Will definitely be using these on a regular basis going forward.

It was my first visit to the salon. So I was a bit nervous on arrival. Very professional attitude exhibited by the beautician especially as I received intimate waxing. The beautician put me at ease immediately and was considerate to my needs and emotions.
